A Little Late To The Party...... Thanks, Kris

It seems while I was away, the blog awards ceremony was being celebrated. Sweet Kris at http://creatingharmonyforus.blogspot.com chose me to receive the award and answer her questions. How wonderful!

Here are Kris' questions with my answers:

What is your favorite type of food?

My favorite type of food is Italian. Sometimes I think I must be Italian, but I am not.

If you could visit any place in the world, where would you like to go?

Kris, Jack and I just returned from a huge adventure in a far away place. So we have accomplished that visit. Next on our list, we would like to visit Egypt.

What is the worst job you have ever held?

While in college, I worked as a lowly office clerk. Filing was my main task and I hated every minute. The job taught me to focus on my university studies so  I could leave that job and do the one I wanted to achieve.

What was my favorite TV show or movie growing up?

In the olden days families gathered around the TV to watch our shows. I loved Little House on the Prairie and westerns.

What is my best feature about myself?

I am short and would give the world for an extra few inches. My best feature are my blue eyes. Jack likes them. I also have a small bottom and he likes that as well.

If you could only have one piece of technology for a year, what would it be?

I am writing right now on my MacBook Air. I love it and cannot live without it.

I know I am suppose to now give this award and my questions to another blogger. Because I have been away, I do not know of anyone who have been left out. Please let me know in an email if you would like to be awarded.

Thanks, Kris. That was fun!

  1. Enjoyed reading your answers Meredith! :) When I first got to college I landed myself a job in the cafeteria doing dish washing. I lasted about 2 weeks- just couldn't do any more. I went on to do lots and lots of babysitting through all four years. Sounds like your filing job was similar in nature... I also enjoyed Little House on the Prairie as a youngster. What I really loved were the books though. Many hugs,

  8. Hi Mere,
I'm glad you were able to join in on the fun - and your answers were great. I have to say that I understand your desire for a little more height - as my whole family towers over me, I would love that too. And your pretty blue eyes - sigh - definitely a stunning feature you are blessed with.
    hugs,
    Cali

  9. I am the tallest female in my whole maternal family and taller than almost all of the males. On my paternal side, I am dwarfed by many who are well over 6'. I can say that I would never wish to be shorter but I would sacrifice a pinky toe for some blue eyes!
